The Holiday Light Parade & Bonfire Festival returns for its 25th year to Prescott on November 26, 2022, in downtown Prescott. Starting at 6 p.m. on Cortez Street, a parade led by Santa Claus will feature more than 40 brightly colored floats and music from school marching bands. The parade ends on the grounds of Mile High Middle School, where the Bonfire Festival will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

There will be music, visits with Santa and reindeer games for children. Attendees can also get a closer look at the illuminated tanks, all parked in the grounds to view. The Prescott and Bradshaw High School Marching Bands will perform at the Bonfire. Entrance to the grounds is through the Goodwin Street gate, opposite Old Firehouse Plaza. This event is organized by the Prescott Downtown Partnership and sponsored by Desert Financial Credit Union, Arizona Public Service and Experience Prescott Office of Tourism. FREE ENTRANCE.

“We have over 40 parade participants this year – beautifully lit floats that will light up the night in downtown Prescott, said Matt Brassard, Board Member of the Prescott Downtown Partnership. “Santa will start the parade in a decorated Arizona Civil Service vehicle, and you can have your picture taken with him at the bonfire. Come kick off Prescott’s holiday season with us!
